I really connected to the energy and message of this Official Music Video for the song “Common Ground”, by Above and Beyond, on both a personal and professional level. The uplifting sound, the images of locations around the globe, and people celebrating moments of connection and happiness, reminded me of how fortunate I am as an immigration attorney to help bring the best of what the US offers the world – HOPE – to those seeking protection, freedom and the opportunity to become their best selves, and along the way, to help make the world a better place in the process. To me, supporting this commonality is one of the biggest rewards of my job.
