COVID-19 (Corona Virus) Response

During the COVID-19 pandemic management time period, Perry & Alznauer, P.C. is committed to the safety of our clients and staff.

We will continue operating during our regular business hours but with an emphasis on remote access. Effective Monday 3/16/2020, we will have reduced onsite staffing and are temporarily discouraging non-scheduled walk-in contact.  We ask both our clients and potential clients to call (818) 849-5905 and to be prepared to leave a voice message that will generate an email routed to multiple contacts in the office, or to e-mail your case manager/s and attorney directly.  We will respond and address your concerns as soon as we can. We are equipped for remote consultations and meetings. We are closely monitoring ongoing news updates and are prepared to advise you on the impact on your U.S. immigration law needs and options. USCIS offices are temporarily closed to the public and have suspended routine in-person services until at least April 1 to help slow the spread of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). Here is a guide for your reference:

  • An InfoPass appointment – You must wait until your field office reopens to reschedule your appointment. To reschedule please call the USCIS Contact Center.
  • A naturalization or Green Card interview – You don’t need to do anything. We will mail you a new interview notice when normal operations resume.
  • A biometrics appointment at an Application Support Center – You don’t need to do anything. We will mail you a new appointment notice when normal operations resume.
  • A naturalization oath ceremony – You don’t need to do anything. We will mail you a new oath ceremony notice when normal operations resume.
  • An emergency service such as advance parole – You need to call the USCIS Contact Center for immediate rescheduling.
