The State Department has released the November 2019 Visa Bulletin.
At a glance, we can say that the movement in the family-sponsored preference category is normal and steady from the previous months. Although for Mexico, F1 and F4 have not changed from October to November 2019. In general, visa applicants can conservatively approximate how much longer the wait time until their visa number becomes available.
As for the employment-based preference category, it is apparent that all EB-1 countries will advance by more than one month to June 1, 2018, except for China and India, wherein China will advance to February 1, 2017, while India will remain at January 1, 2015. As for EB-2 and EB-3, while most remain the same, EB-2 China will advance to March 15, 2015, while EB-3 Philippines will advance to February 1, 2018.
