Visa Bulletin For January 2019

December 13, 2018 Comment: 0

The U.S. Department of State has just released the Visa Bulletin for January 2019.

EB-1 (All other countries) jumped three more months from July to October of 2017, which is a very good sign that the backlog is being caught up with. There are no changes with the EB-5 category. Other backlogged categories are slightly processing as well. For family based, the movement is not that significant.  The longest jump is 1 month. Click here to read more about the Visa Bulletin.
